Companies conducting business in hazardous work environments in Norway are required by specific regulation to enter into a contract with a recognized (godkjent) occupational health care (OCH) provider. However, even if your company is not listed, the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, recognizing the need to monitor the working environment and occupational health of your company's employees, may oblige you to have a contract with BHT.
