This shows that a lack of knowledge directly affects the ability to ensure a safe working environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a1\ufe0f In small businesses, HMS training is less commonly implemented, which is why non-compliance is more frequently identified. Smaller businesses often lack clear processes, which increases the risk of errors and non-compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a1\ufe0f When employers, middle managers and health and safety representatives have completed HMS training, other workplace indicators are also much more likely to meet the requirements.
