➡️ When a new model presents a different or higher level of risk – greater power, different moving parts or new hazards – this means that the old training is no longer sufficient. This helps to prevent injuries, which often occur as a result of an incorrect assessment of risk.

➡️ When an employee has no experience with a new type of equipment – even if the equipment is designed for a similar task, the way it works may be completely different. Additional training ensures that the employee works safely from day one.

➡️ When working methods change due to new equipment – if new technology requires a different approach to work organisation, installation or maintenance procedures, training must be updated. This helps to ensure that the entire process is carried out in accordance with the new safety standards.
