From now on, our HMS system has become even more user-friendly. All HMS documents can now be signed within the system in a single step: all instructions, risk assessments, the decision on the safety representative, the HMS declaration and so on are compiled into a single document, which is signed with a single signature within the system. There is no need to sign each document separately. You can send the entire list of generated documents to your employees’ email inboxes. By clicking on the link you have sent, employees will be able to read all the documentation in their native language and sign it on their mobile phones. You will no longer need to travel to different sites to collect each employee’s signature individually. You’ll also have full control within the system; you’ll always be able to see which employees have signed and which haven’t. With just one click, you can send an employee a reminder to read and sign the HSE documentation.

The new system allows you to download any version of the HMS manual (which will show the version date, the signatures of the users who signed it, and the date and time of signing). This is important because the entire HMS manual must be reviewed annually, and the Labour Inspectorate is increasingly requesting copies of the HMS documentation from the last few years.
